Do you offer a rehab-to-home program?

Yes, our facility’s Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation unit offers therapy six days a week to our rehab-to-home patients with the goal of getting them back to their prior level of functioning.

What is there to do at the facility?

  • We have daily activities within the facility such as bingo, movies and popcorn, and ice cream socials.

  • We have a wonderful outdoor space that includes gardens, a walking path, and a pavilion for visiting and enjoying nature.

  • We recently added a business center featuring a computer with internet access and a printer.

  • We boast an activities program that offers individualized activities specific to each resident’s likes and interests.

How will my loved one get to their appointments?

We offer all of our residents wheelchair and nonemergency medical transportation to and from medical and non-medical appointments at no additional cost.


What items can we bring into the facility?

  • When space permits, we allow furniture such as; dressers, recliners, and decorative items.

  • We encourage all new residents to admit with at least a week's worth of clothing.

  • Any personal items and keepsakes can be brought in as space permits.
